This pilot program connects experienced CBOs with aspiring leaders to foster growth, knowledge sharing, and a stronger school business community. Whether you’re looking to share your expertise or gain valuable insights from a seasoned professional, the CASBO Mentor Program offers a unique opportunity to make a difference.

Who can apply?

Mentee Criteria:  

  • Active CASBO Organizational Subscription member
  • CASBO CBO BEL graduate

Mentor Criteria:  

  • Active CASBO Organizational Subscription member with at least 5 years of experience as a Chief Business Official and a Bachelor’s (or higher) degree.
  • Actively holding a CASBO CBO-E certification.
